I covered my own roof replacement and “Stay Dry” with an insurance claim. I paid a difference of $3945.07 out of pocket to replace my entire roof. I had part of my roof replaced with insurance, the total cost of the project was $12328.39. During roof replacement, my garage door was scratched with lots of black spots. I replaced my windows, but there were huge gaps between the windows and the wooden ceiling. The leak in the ceiling was also not fixed. I also applied for a loan through Stay Dry to replace the siding on my house and was approved for $12,000. I signed a contract with the company, now I can’t get in touch with anyone or if I go, they talk to the production, call me. The last time I heard from anyone was in September and I left several messages. The last time someone from Stay Dry visited to assess the situation was on August 31st. My first contractor was fired, his boss came to me with a young lady and another gentleman from the production team to see what else needed to be done. This supervisor last sent me a text message on September 16th that said, “Sorry for the delay. I’m working with my production team to plan when we speak.” That was the last I heard from them.

Insurance only covered half of my plugs, but Stay Dry bought them all for the extra money. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and wonderful group of people to get the job done!
