The building has been visible on the Latter & Bloom website for 22 days. According to land records, Dat Dog bought the building in January 2016 for $525,000.
The building is located directly behind the eastern entrance to the city center, and is easy to spot thanks to its bright colors. According to the listing, the partially unfinished brick second floor can be used for short-term rental or work space.
