Debit and Credit Card Processing Delays: Carolina Trust FCU is experiencing debit and credit card processing delays, which are affecting our members now. Chairman Marlowe reported that Carolina Trust has been recognized locally and nationally and commended Amanda Marker, AVP Marketing for her efforts in achieving this recognition.

In 2019, we want to complete a number of big projects. Our Surfside Club performed the planned renovation and members and staff are delighted with the result. The renovation of the Conway branch was unexpected due to water problems that caused the branch to be closed for a long time. Members are serving in a temporary branch that opened in 2019. in February, and we took advantage of this time to renovate our branch office in Conway.

We have updated our mobile banking app to offer fingerprint and facial authentication. We launched a new and improved website and credit card application. Our new mobile-friendly website offers helpful tools to help members access the many resources available. In December, we introduced three new VISA cards with no annual fee, real-time credit performance updates, automatic fraud alerts and robust rewards and benefit options.

As Chairman Marlowe mentioned, we have a strong mortgage and commercial lending division. in 2019 we closed 30 mln.
