Update 12/01/2021: We with Dell have found out why the extension is freezing. The extension requires a Windows Server feature called RSAT-Clustering-Mgmt. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Windows Server Core Edition. That’s why I had a problem. I tried it on another team based on Windows Server GUI Edition and it worked. Dell is aware of this issue and is working to fix it.
