Organizations of all sizes are faced with difficult supply chain decisions. In this simulation, students must design a product line, forecast demand, select a set of suppliers (ones with different costs, lead times, and capabilities), and allocate production among the suppliers. Students then experience real demands and have the opportunity to respond to desired changes and unexpected events during their four-year simulation.
