When I started my first network marketing coaching job when my daughters were 18 months old, I found out I was working full time trying to juggle two new babies and thought it would be a great idea to start a new business! Since my business is growing fast and I haven’t had time to expand my business full time, I knew I needed to find a way to become more professional. Back then, I had a schedule of less than an hour a day. So I focused on how I could reengineer, iterate, and automate so I could spend time focusing on my customers and growth. Once you do that, you’re on autopilot all week long. So even if you don’t have time to do all your planning on Sunday night, taking classes Monday and Tuesday through Friday will help you plan more systematically and efficiently.
