I wanted to give more to my children (both in terms of money and father time!) and I decided that the best way to do that was to start my own.

I’m talking about office hours because you get to live and breathe work – I was watching a movie with my daughter and couldn’t resist checking email! It also gives you a sense of pride when your daughter tells her cousin on Skype (yes, my 5 year old knows how to use Skype, he has his own account) “My dad has his own business “.
Candidates also like the hours – most call me between 6 and 9pm because if they don’t have to leave work to chat with me, they can relax and tell me what they’re really up to later. Clients tell me how pleased they are when they receive their CVs at 9pm, and I tell them that’s what they get from ABrecruit!
