Hi, I’m Kim from Kentucky. We had a great day in the Bluegrass State this fall. Today we are enjoying a 68 degree fall day. I’m checking out the beautiful ranch being built there for a client of mine who moved to Leckington from western Kentucky. There is no end date. We still don’t know when this house will be finished due to supply chain issues. As you know, it has been very difficult to build since the start of COVID due to supply chain issues. HVAC painting, lack of plumbing., inventory, bathrooms, doors, garage doors. I heard about it a while ago. But it’s hard to get a mirage of what’s going into your home. And you’ve probably seen news reports that say just that.
Trail Construction Updates
So there is no end date. I can’t attend before the vacation, but preferably right after the vacation. It has been such a pleasure to work with this family and see this beautiful place come together. It will be a place where you will have family memories for years to come. And there is always something special about them talking and thinking about all the good times they have, having fun and being able to be friends. Our home has so many memories that we want to keep for the rest of our lives. I always think of the house where I grew up as a child and the house of my grandparents. Another time I want to take a picture of my grandparents’ house and go back to the kitchen to see the wallpaper and the phone on the wall.
We don’t see it often, but the details, such as the wooden paneling or the green carpet of the hedge, always have a special place, in our hearts, in our memory of the moment. To respect those families. Anyway, it’s just a beautiful house. As you can see, we are very excited to have our new ranch home ready here in Leckington. I don’t know how it will go, but I’m looking forward to it. If you have any questions about construction in the Leckington, Kentucky, Central Kentucky area, I have experience in new construction representing builders and developers. You definitely want an attorney working on your behalf to help you through the process. Regarding price fluctuations and material shortages in terms of construction, especially very Much can happen in an unstable economy. It’s always a good idea to have an attorney file your paperwork to make sure you’re protected as a consumer if prices rise dramatically. You need to know what you have and see what your budget is and what you are getting for the price you are paying. That’s why I make you happy who passes
It also helps you find the best places to build. And I’ll talk to you about builders and things like that. Like I said, in case something that doesn’t always happen goes wrong, you definitely want your own expression to help you through the process. I would definitely like to be an advocate for that. As I said before, I have a construction background, so I know the technology and what to look for. Kim Soper, I live here in this beautiful farmhouse in Leckington, Kentucky. Visit the web for free. My phone number is (859) 509-8008. And I’d be more than happy to help in any way I can. Thank you very much. Enjoy the sun. worry. goodbye.
