Kathryn Wiley worked with Wellmore in sales and is now a press secretary. He envisions the new facility as a place where people can enjoy life.

The facility has nursing and medical care and supports residents “as much or as little as you need in your life,” Wiley said. Residents of Tega Cay asked about Wellmore, but so did residents from further afield with family ties to the area. The first residents move in in mid-June.
“The response has been overwhelming,” said auctioneer Cheryl Brown. “They started calling me from day one. People expected it.”
